Unhappiness and The Judgemental World.
Do you ever feel so stress that you dont know what to do and the foolish thoughts just enters your mind?.
Recently, i realise a lot of people around me, including me have been feeling down. Many of us are all under the stress of studies, family problems, relationships, work, etcetc. Because of all these stress and problems, some people actually did foolish things such as, slashing wrist, thinking that it is fun and in some sort of ways to let out their stress and problems.
I once slash my own wrist before. But now that i think of it, i feel so dumb. Not only did it not change anything at all, you only hurt yourself. Rather than slashing, why not think of alternate ways to release them? Like going out for a walk alone or screaming at the top of ur voice to let it all out.
Everyone have a time in life they need to break down, they need to release their stress and problems that are kept within their hearts. But slashing is really not a solution. As long as you are human, there are times that you need to break down. Hiding all ur stress and problems in your heart will only make you feel even more terrible.. Dont be afraid of what others say. Just scream it out loud. Just cry it loud, you will naturally feel better..
Life is too short for you to care what others say about you, how others judge you. Be who you are, it doesnt matter what others say. You know clearly what are you doing, who you are. Why let those people who doesnt understands you affect you? Its okay to be feeling down. Its okay to cry. But once its over, stand strong and continue to walk down the road of life.
